Returns & Cancellations
All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt of your order and any damage in transit or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.
Items can be exchanged or returned for a refund, for up to 10 days from the date you receive your order. Please contact us using our Contact page – we will forward you details of our RETURN ADDRESS and a RETURN ORDER NUMBER, which must be included in your returned package.
Items will only be refunded or exchanged provided that you have not used the item; it is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in it’s original packaging with all tags intact; and item is returned to us safely and undamaged.
When returning an item, please use recorded delivery as we are not responsible for the non-arrival or damage of returned goods. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. Please check carefully before returning any item.
When processing a refund, we will refund the price of the goods returned MINUS: postage costs, any free items included in the original order (unless also returned), and any discounts applied to the original order because of the returned item.
Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and never to third parties.
At JoeyRoo we want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If any of the goods in your order are faulty, please contact us using our Contact page as soon as the fault arises and BEFORE you return any goods. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and formalise your complaint in writing, either by post or email.
JoeyRoo will endeavour to replace faulty items at no additional cost provided the fault occurred within the product’s guarantee period. If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility for manufacturing faults which are outside our control and it will be necessary for us to contact the manufacturing company directly before we can determine our course of action, but we will be able to advise you of this when you contact us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hrs of receipt of payment, provided this falls Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public Holidays). When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
We also reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following reasons: the product ordered is not in stock; we are unable to process your payment; or product information, including prices and promotions, were incorrectly published. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information that you provided us with.
