Cancellations

We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hrs of receipt of payment, provided this falls Monday to Friday before 12pm (excluding Bank and Public Holidays).  When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this.  Until the dispatch email has been sent from our system, it is possible for you to cancel your order - please phone us on +353 (0)1 443 4341, quoting your Invoice Number.

We also reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following reasons: the product ordered is not in stock; we are unable to process your payment; or product information, including prices and promotions, were incorrectly published. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information that you provided us with.

Returns

All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt of your order and any damage in transit or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.

Items can be exchanged or returned for a refund, for up to 10 days from the date you receive your order. All items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, in it's original packaging and with all tags intact.  We suggest that you use recorded delivery for returns as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned goods.  We will refund the price of the goods returned minus: postage costs, any free items included in the original order (unless also returned), and any discounts applied to the original order because of the returned item. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been washed, worn, damaged or used unless they are faulty, and we cannot accept said items.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item.

Before you send your package back, please contact us using our Contact page - we will forward you details of our Return Address and a Return Order Number, which must be included in your returned package. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and never to third parties.

Faulty Goods

At JoeyRoo we want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If any of the goods in your order are faulty, please contact us using our Contact page as soon as the fault arises and before you return any goods. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and formalise your complaint in writing, either by post or email.

JoeyRoo will endeavour to replace faulty items at no additional cost provided the fault occurred within the product's guarantee period. If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility for manufacturing faults which are outside our control and it will be necessary for us to contact the manufacturing company directly before we can determine our course of action, but we will be able to advise you of this when you contact us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
